This document states exactly what data this site collects, why, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted.
In short
This site collects only what you send us of your own accord through its two forms, plus the minimal technical information needed to process them.
No data is sold, rented or passed on. No advertising tracker is set.

What we collect
Two forms collect data, and only those two.
Call-back request form
Full name · Phone · Situation (individual, company, partner)
Purpose: to call you back and prepare a proposal. Basis: your explicit request.
Contact form
Full name · Email address · Phone (optional) · Subject · Message
Purpose: to answer your message. Basis: your explicit request.
Information attached to your submission
Site language · Date and time · Tracking reference
Purpose: to reply in your language and to find your request if you follow up.
Who has access
This site does not keep your data: it is emailed to the Starwellia team who will answer you, then leaves the site with your visit. No prospect database is built here.
Your data is never passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It passes through our technical providers (hosting, email delivery) solely for the purpose of delivery, and may be disclosed to the authorities where the law requires it.
How long
The site itself keeps nothing. Your message then lives in the team’s mailbox, where it is kept for as long as it takes to handle your request, and at most 36 months.
If your request leads to a contract, the data relating to that contract follows its own retention period, set out in the contractual documents.
In the event of a technical incident
If the email fails to send, the content of your request is written to the site’s technical log so that it is not lost and we can still get back to you. Those logs are access-restricted and purged regularly.
Cookies
This site uses a minimal number of cookies, all necessary for it to work.
- Remembering your chosen language — kept for one year. Without it, the site would send you back to your browser’s language on every visit.
- Session and security token — for the length of your visit. They protect the forms against forged submissions.
No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, nothing shared with social networks.
Your rights
At any time you may request:
- access to the data we hold about you;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- deletion of your data;
- objection to its processing.
Simply write to the address above. We reply within 30 days.
You may also refer the matter to the supervisory authority: Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP)
Security
Exchanges with this site are encrypted. Forms are protected against forged submissions and the number of submissions per visitor is capped. Access to recorded data is restricted to the people who need it to answer you.

This policy may change as the site evolves. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
